New Market, New Opportunity—Data-driven Solutions for Factory

Data is a key pillar for digital transformation because every interaction in the digital world generates data. The accelerated deployment of sensors and their connection to the internet has created a lot of hype about the future of manufacturing. The Internet of Things (IoT) and its application of big data and analytics has led to the creation of the next generation of manufacturing. Data-driven solutions are clearly the next wave of manufacturing operations to drive efficient and responsive production systems.

Asia Open Data Partnership (AODP) is an international organization co-founded by Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Indonesia in 2015. The main objective of AODP is to deepen cooperation and explore potential opportunities for future bilateral or multilateral cooperation on data economy. And today, the AODP already have 23 partners from 11 countries throughout the Asian region. For further explore business opportunities, this year AODP will hold a series of online business forums and matching events to advance to markets in Asia and outside Asia. The first forum will be taken place on March 31, Thursday, featuring Data-driven Solutions for Factory. Besides, there will be a follow-up online business matching event on April 28. Its registration will be open after the forum, for participants to select companies that they'd like to connect in a business meeting.
