農藥殘留問題受到世界矚目,且各國標準不一,民眾和農民無單一管道得知各國產品之農藥殘留容量及檢測標準。團隊提出Asia MRL服務,整合臺、泰、日、韓四國農藥最大殘留安全容許量(MRL),比對出各國農藥殘留量以及相關法規,並透過臉書聊天機器人,讓使用者只要留言欲了解產品名稱,就可以看到各國不同的農藥殘留量、檢測標準等相關資訊。

 

The different Maximum Chemical Residues (MRL) standards of different countries caused a lot of issues for exporters and importers of fruits and vegetables. "Asia MRL" is a Chatbot helps users to search the amounts of  MRL allowed for Asian.

曼谷的交通非常壅塞,尖峰時刻的交通流量甚至排名全球第一,造成時間、燃料、與金錢的浪費!團隊提出trafficLightDQN」服務統整了交通狀況、氣象、活動事件、時間等資料庫,並使用Deep Learning的技術來建立模組控制交通號誌的時間,預計可節省8%的塞車時間,也增加8%的時間和家人相處。

 

To solve traffic jam problems, the team used “Deep Learning” for simulation by input data to process about places or area with traffic jam and control the traffic light.

出生率降低是臺、泰、日、韓的共通問題。為解決少子化問題,團隊提出STANDY AI agent for kidsAPP建立躁動指數,根據天氣狀況預測孩童情緒,推薦場地資訊,並運用Machine Learning,讓推薦更符合孩童心靈需求,也可以在遊玩的場合中結識更多朋友。

 

The problem of declining birth rates is common among four countries, leading to fewer friends who share similar interests. For these children, STANDY anticipates child’s emotion and where/when they want to play, and provide more opportunities to meet friends

為解決老年人在疾病上無法提早防治,該團隊以Asian Health Care Protocol Using Monitoring Blood Substances for PatientAPP結合四國老年人、飲食、疾病等開放資料,明確了解出四國老年人的不同體質,並建議合適的健康飲食。亦提供聊天機器人的服務,民眾可以針對問題提出詢問,該服務則提出明確建議,期望可盡早預防老年人疾病產生。

 

This service can manage chronical disorders by using big data collected from four countries. To take care of the elderly and underprivileged people, Chatbot is developed according to health care open data with AI protocols.

臺灣面臨嚴重缺電危機,如何提出最有效的節電政策有效節電是目前大家重視的課題。團隊提出U-Optimizer服務,整合臺灣電力公司資料,利用視覺化地圖呈現出全臺不同縣市以及區域的用電狀況,以不同顏色比對出各縣市以及區域的用電輕重比例。除此之外,也針對每地區的房屋資料,人口組合等資訊,使政府更精確去分析用電狀況,並提出更有效節電政策與措施。

 

The team utilized open data, including demographics data, economic data, electricity usage data and use Machine Learning methodologies to cluster the villages. The team wants to deliver a system which can assist governors to arrange the current policies to appropriate power villages or set up a whole new electricity policy for specific villages.

為使健保費用有效運用,團隊提出NHSO Dashbot」,把泰國健保局的費用視覺化,協助政府如何有效編列預算;另外也針對民眾設計Line Chat Bot,提供民眾更清楚自身權利,充分享受健保福利。

 

To solve problems for National Health Security Office, the team set up a dashboard to visualize the office’s cost data. Also the service provide Line Chatbot to provide users know more about their related rights

為解決出門旅行碰到壞天氣的窘境,團隊提出「Always sunny」APP,將旅途規劃結合氣象,該服務裡的氣象資料以250X250公尺網格為範圍,並提供每五分鐘即時更新,規劃出避開雨天的路途,讓旅遊心情更美麗!此服務不限國籍,適用於各國。

 

This APP suggests users several routes with showing predicted weather along the routes by combining several weather data sources and map data. Users can choose the best matching route. It’s beyond borders.

為解決民眾難以得知政府運作是否有效及施政透明,團隊以Easy Politic」APP使用資料如施政滿意度、貪腐指標等資料,提供即時性、統整性的政府組織資訊。

 

The team uses linked open data like many government institution’s civil complaint, civil petition for grievance. And By using athenaeum image which the first democratic nation, it provides user a immediacy, user can identify how each institution are corrupt or incorrupt.
